1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Larger shelves may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are the shelves easy to install?
Yes. Most shelves come with all necessary hardware and clear, step-by-step instructions. Installation usually takes 10–30 minutes. We recommend using a drill and level for best results.
6. What materials are your shelves made from?
We use premium materials including:
- Solid wood and engineered wood
- Powder-coated metal
- Tempered glass (on select models)

7. How much weight can the shelves hold?
Weight capacity varies by model (typically 20–50 lbs per shelf when properly installed). Exact weight limits are listed on every product page.
8. Are the shelves suitable for bathrooms or kitchens?
Yes. Many models are moisture-resistant and suitable for humid environments. Please check the product description for specific recommendations.
9. Do the shelves require wall studs for installation?
For maximum safety and weight capacity, we recommend mounting into wall studs. However, many shelves also work with strong drywall anchors (included where applicable).
10. Are the shelves adjustable or floating?
Most of our shelves are floating (invisible brackets) for a clean, modern look. Some models offer adjustable heights when used in sets.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
12. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
13. What if my shelf arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
14. Are the shelves suitable for small spaces?
Yes. We offer compact and narrow shelves perfect for apartments, small rooms, and tight corners.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
